toothpaste
Not as flavorful as their old "Dental Care" but better than their Advance Care. I would like to know why they no longer make "Dental Care". In my mind, taste and efficacy, they discontinued the wrong product.

Pay Attention To The Quantity
I wish I had paid closer attention to the specifics of this listing before ordering and that's on me. I needed a few extra items on my Amazon Subscribe & Save order to reach the 15% discount, I use Arm & Hammer toothpaste, clicked it, yadda yadda yadda, six tubes of toothpaste showed up at my door. I brush my teeth as much as the next guy but six tubes of toothpaste lasts a long time, especially if you have commitment issues as do I. :-) My advice is to pay attention to the drop down menu in this listing that lets you select the number of tubes you want and be certain it shows the amount you want. It may be that for "Subscribe & Save" six is the minimum number you can order. In looking over the reviews here it's unfortunate that so many folks have experienced a reaction to one of the ingredients in this toothpaste. If I had read those reviews before purchasing I probably wouldn't have gotten this particular variety of Arm & Hammer. Luckily, no issues to report here. It seems to me like any other Arm & Hammer toothpaste. I like the taste of the baking soda and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh as expected.I last purchased these in December of 2015 at which time the 6 tubes were being sold for $20.08. My Amazon Subscribe & Save discount was -$3.13 for a pre-tax total of $17.75.

A great all-in-one toothpaste.
I switched from Proxy Care to this newer toothpaste. It seems to do a great job.

My dentist recommends this
I have been using Sensodyne to treat sensitive teeth for many years. Only recently my dentist told me to try Arm & Hammer (A&M) Complete Care. I was half-hearted and reluctantly bought these 6 packs. After using it for some time now, I must admit that I love it. My dentist said A&M doesn’t use abrasive ingredient for whitening. The key ingredient of baking soda safely whitens and neutralizes harmful acids and is gentle on enamel. This toothpaste is the perfect balance of cleaning and freshness. I love that this has a good minty flavor and a baking soda aftertaste. This toothpaste also helped my teeth be less sensitive. I am pleased that I found a replacement and pay less! If you never tried it before, I would like to encourage you to try the power of baking soda!

Patterns of problems beyond coincidence...
As a pharmacist, I can discern patterns of problems with drug products from reports like the reviews here on Amazon. When I can confirm these issues personally, it's clear that there is a problem with this product.Specifically, within less than a week after switching from a Crest product to Complete Care, I noticed what seemed like canker sores on my lower lip. This was accompanied by what I can only describe as "roughness" on the buccal side of my lower mouth. Similar to what you might find after drinking something too hot and the epithelium sloughs off a bit. (Oral tissues like gums or lips, fortunately, are some of the fastest healing tissues in the body.)In any event, after just four days switching back to plain basic Colgate, all the lesions in my mouth have abated. This seems more than anecdotal where almost half the reviewers are noting similar problems. Someone in an earlier review suggested contacting the FDA. I'll say more specifically to Google "MedWatch." You'll be taken to the FDA website and there is a form for consumers to report adverse effects from drugs, "medical foods," devices, and cosmetics. There definitely is something going on here.

Satisfactory.
The feeling of clean I experienced after using this toothpaste for the first time practically took my breath away. In all seriousness. I brushed thoroughly, for about a minute and a half, and my mouth felt absolutely pristine. It was fantastic. The mint flavor is very mild, which struck me when I first used it (it's pretty different than strong mint toothpaste). It's a very good balance with the freshness from the baking soda, however, and I'm quite fond of it.I have noticed that my teeth have been somewhat sensitive lately. I'm not sure if that's due to the toothpaste or other factors, however; it's worth noting.
