It's a good product

Do not buy Visiontech brand
Bought this scale on the first of June 1 2021 to date I cannot connect get it connected to the xdb manager July 27 2021 tried to use the videos provided to me by the seller Polkanic and it still does not work.Tried contacting the manufacturers Visiontech and they said because I did not buy the scale for them they cannot assist. So, I am left stuck with a scale that isn’t working and no help ! If Amazon knows this how customers will be treated by sellers then it best not to do business with Amazon ,Visiontech, or Polkanic. Amazon must , Amazon must ,be able to fix this or stop this brand (Visiontech) from being sold on their platform.To the consumers out there do not, do not, do not please do not buy this (Visiontech) brand you won’t be able to use the scale, over $ 1000 us has gone to waste very disappointed.

Great Customer Service
We purchased 3 of these for our store and have been using them for about a year and a half now. They work great! There are tons of instructional videos on youtube to help with programming and if you still need help the customer service staff does a great job helping with programming and trouble shooting. Thanks so much!

Very Hard to Use + Seller is not Cooperative
1. They sent me wrong labels.2. Very Hard to Program3. Computer Connection Very Hard to Establish4. Seller is not cooperative, will not accept their mistake and will just ask you to return because the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, also may charge you some restocking fee.

it seemed intimidated at first. but it comes with all kinds of cheat sheets, links to videos to explain how to use. works very well for the price!

Sold askew, but it was clearly used, had printer paper already in it. Printer does not print. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Do not buy
Both scales where bought in January and it’s now April and they are both worthless and won’t work at all. Manufacturers won’t help because we got them through Amazon and obviously our 30 day return window is closed. Beware of this product I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing.
