Seam failed I have emailed and called, it failed the day after I could return.

It's cost effective. However the water drainage outlet is at the very bottom and even if you open the flap with all that water in it, water doesn't drain out effectively. So I was using a bucket to empty all of the water and then when finally when it was low enough, I would turn thing over and drain the rest of the water. After a week's worth of use, I was attempting to turn the thing over and the bottom plastic ripped. Aka the thing is useless now.

I LOVE THIS THING! I HAVE USED IT SEVERAL TIMES STURDY BULD. AND SURPRISINGLY PLENTY OF ROOM (I'M 5'9) I THINK HEIGHT-WISE THE TALLEST PERSON WHO COULD FIT IN HERE COMFORTABLY WOULD BE ABOUT 6'2

This is a great product if you plan to use it only a few times. Overall design and purpose of this product is fantastic but the durability is poor. Only got a weeks worth of use out of this tub before the ice ripped a whole in the side and comprised the entire tub use.

This is caused a flood in my bathroom. It got stuck to the bottom of my shower floor I couldn't get the tiny drain to open. There is only 1 and I had the bath tub filled in my shower stall and the water flooded out of the top because it was stuck to the my shower floor and the drain would not open I had to have my apartment matince come and dry my carpet outside my door my bathroom is next to the front door and the water went everywhere but down the drain because it was stuck to the floor the drain from this nightmare so called ice bath fiasco cheap in quality certainly not in price nothing but a nightmare. I have a longer inflatable bathtub that has 3 drains and a plastic tube put down the shower drain it makes no sense to me why there is only one impossible to open drain once it's filled with water it goes over the top of your shower stall and I have glass door and there was no way of the water not flooding out from the top and flooding my apartment my bathroom into the hallway and having to call matince in my high rise apartment building at 12am and them having to bring heavy duty drying unit to dry the carpet right outside the front door. Thank I live on the 26th floor and thank God I was too clean the flood water fast & didn't flood beneath me or &it only was wet outside the few inches my door that no one else affected. I have never written a bad written but I feel this something for people who have shower stall only with a glass and rent in a large building that this is not something to buy. If you own a house and maybe a patio but I would not recommend using in shower stall because the disaster I used so many freshly cleaned expensive and it took every single one and what I thought was gonna be a relaxing bath before was a nightmare from and added 8 hours of work didn't go to sleep till 4 because I had wash all the soaking wet towels and the matince checked the drain it was the bathtub from hell and I am happily a shower only person I will never ever put anything portable inflatable in that shower stall ever again and I had zero the other one I have I thought this buy the size because of it being being so much smaller would but I was wrong I don't think ice baths are good for your circulation or health any way maybe a few ice cubes but a full tub that freaks after thinking it over.

Product was dirty on opening and noticed a glue/silicone splatter patching up a hole indicating this may have been refurbished or a return from a previous customer. Started to leak after 2 uses for me, not durable at all.

I have been using this for a month. It works just fine. I also like the fact that it has Valves that make it easier to blow up. Serves its purposes.

I'm happy with the product as a starter ice bath. Remember if you fill it up with warm air from inside your house once you fill it up with water and ice there will be some collapse. Easy to get in just make sure you have a strategy on how you'll get out as the sides aren't firm enough to grab hold of.

I’m 6’2 I fit nicely in. I love it I throw ice in it. It gets cold I jump in I jump out it’s lovely

Great sized ice bath compared to other cheap portable alternatives, especially if your taller and trying to submerge more of yourself. However, I Used this most days as my morning cold plunge and after a month holes started to appear in the seams.

I purchased two of these for my wives birthday, I was excited to surprise her. She loved them, I filled them up and we used them, after about two refills and 60 days the seal just exploded on one and now the other has burst. I contacted the company because I was a few days past the return date. The Management said the product is NOT to be used daily and is only a temporary unit. No where any where in the product description does it state this. No refund, no warranty, no customer support. This is a misleading of consumers and Amazon should remove this item or provide an accurate description of the products features and limitations. Do NOT buy if you are expecting to use daily and it to last. If the description and product details where truthful I would have purchased a different 2 units and not waste 180$.

Absolute rubbish. Valve leaked as soon as I inflated it, when I deflated it one of the air chambers is full of water. Contacted seller for replacement or refund and was told I’d have to post the product back to them. Mate I can’t drain all the water out of it as it’s trapped, and how the heck could I post a soggy wet pool with water trapped in it.Avoid this product. I feel bad for ragging on an Australian sellers product, but by my experience, and the other reviews, this ice bath is not worth it.

Used this for a week before it completely deflated. Second time I’ve bought it. First time got 1 use.Such a bad product
