As you can see in the image mfg date is Aug 2020 and it's just about to expire but still I will consume it within a month. If it improves my health or not l, I will update.

Very earthy mild flavour which is easy to take and finding it highly beneficial.

I got this 5 days ago since i m using it twice a day. It tastes like bitter little bit but not hard. It's goid for immunity and weakness. In this situation it is helpfull for body. It is a very healthy drink. Adults should go for it.
