fine metal point marker
I've used these for marking metal bars I make in the shop. A heavy scaled surface will eventually degrade the fine metal point, but they last a lot longer than any of the fiber point markers. The paint is durable.There is a small valve involved that requires a little tip pressure to release and a little squeeze will generally restart even a dried out point.
