CHEAP AND DEFECTIVE
DO NOT ORDER. I unfortunately ordered 2 orders of the number "23". It was super CHEAP and defective and had a hole in it. It didn't stand a chance. So disappointed.

Arrived damaged
The number three had a small pinhole that we tried to patch up but the balloon kept deflating. It would stay up for about five minutes before it was back on the ground. It lasted enough for pictures

Neat, Quick, & Easy
I took the balloons to party city to get filled. They arrived packaged neat & were very quick and easy to inflate. My boyfriend loved them.
