Designed for 30mm bore rechargeable saws.
Bought for my Hikoki rechargeable saw for a cleaner cut on thin stuff and hardwood. Bosch make a cheaper, thicker alternative (same dia., bore & teeth), but this one has a narrow (1.5mm) kerf the same as the Hikoki's original 24T blade; the thin cut requires less power so battery lasts longer (Bosch claim twice as long), just as important, it means the alignments for left- and right-hand cuts are the same for both blades.Only used once so far, does an excellent job as I expect from Bosch tools. UPDATE: Used on and off for much of a day making an oddly-shaped box out of 18mm and 12mm ply (would have been much easier if I had a saw table). Beautifully clean cuts, all on a single charge of a 4Ah battery (forgot to put it on charge at lunchtime). Cuts so smooth, that all the finished box needed was a quick hand-sand of the sharp edges before varnishing.The clear plastic pack is easy to open (no cutting) and, with the addition of a nut and short bolt through the centre, is adequate for storage.Specification: 165mm blade diameter x 1.5mm kerf (teeth/cut width), 1.0mm blade thickness, 30mm bore, 48 teeth (fine).Not that I would ever risk life and limb by using one, but a bore-reducing ring MUST NOT be used with thin blades like this.
