Landmann 590131 Black Dog 28 BBQ Charcoal Grill, 506-Square Inch, Black

This was a great product years ago when I purchased my first one. I returned this one. Do yourself a favor, and keep looking. Wouldn't take this one if someone gave it to me!

I had it for 5 years in a covered porch... Rusted pretty badly but it was working. The metal used in the grill is way thin in my opinion. The grills rusted away and had to be replaced. The fire pit melted in the middle. I understand that with usage, part need to be replaced, but...I emailed the company for a replacement of the fire pit, and sure enough I got in 5' an email stating that I was going to be contacted in the next 24 hours.... Well they never called.... Customer support is NON EXISTENTDo yourself a favor, and buy from a company that takes care of customers....

I purchased this grill about 10 years ago....used it often,,but left it out in the open at times..it cooks meats very well because of the design..charcoal placed at right end only and adjust air at both top cover ends....the bottom tray rusted out very quickly..it's thin sheet..I fabricated onemyself and it's holding ok,,, the rest of the grill has started very badly to rust..the metal gauge is ok,,it's the material that is not good ...I was thinking of replacing this one..but I maybe looking for another brand,,,website Sportsmanguide.com has this grill advertised for $299..believe they ship free...I like the design..you can load this grill up with meats ..and it gets hot very fast...easy to clean
