I take CoQ10 for many reasons. I suffer from high blood pressure, B12 deficiency, high cholesterol and migraines. It can be beneficial for all of these issues. CoQ10 can improve blood pressure, and thereby also help with migraines. It can also improve nerve function, which can be affected by B12 deficiency. I had stopped taking CoQ10 for a long time but over the last year I've also developed an annoying twitch around one of my eyes that is nearly constant. With a combination of CoQ10, potassium and magnesium supplements, I have been able to reduce the eye twitch to practically nothing. It appears now and then, but doesn't last all day like it did.As far as this product goes, I like that it is a vegetarian, gluten-free, non-GMO formula. There are no unnecessary ingredients. I can take this with or without food. I have never experienced any side effects. I would rate this as a quality product and will buy again.

I have been taking this supplement for several days and quite honestly feel more energy than I have for a long time! I know it's due to this supplement since it is the only new one I'm taking. I like it because I can take both omega 3 and CoQ 10 altogether. I need omega for dry eye but get acid reflux from oil indigestion.But somehow when I take this product (omega + CoQ10), it does not upset my tummy. Also I feel my energy boosted after taking this pill probably due to CoQ10. I am happy with this product.

I was looking for a good quality Coq10 supplement and found it. Coq10 is essential for many aspects of health but I take it for muscle strength because I suffer from leg cramps due to a medication I take. Vitablossom’s Coq10 has definitely helped with those.
