This is my 2nd reverse osmosis faucet and 1st time ordering this particular item. I tried to look around and do some research and debated between ceramic disc or rubber and went with this one w/ rubber. I also debated between copper or stainless steel. I read varying reports of one being better than the other but eventually went with stainless steel since it should not rust. Having said that my last faucet was $2 less than this one and had a European style ceramic disc and that one lasted 7 years and then it started leaking near the handle.I looked to replace the first one with the same one, but it was no longer available and then upon doing more research led me to this particular product, but it ended up looking almost identical with our first one. I'm not sure how long a rubber disc would last compared to ceramic, but we figured that it would be easier to replace if we wanted to. We didn't feel that we had that option with the ceramic.My husband was able to fit this in and it was challenging and he needed our daughter to help assist so I don't know how easy it was to install it. If this one lasts as long as the first one did, then it sure is worth it.

This inexpensive drinking water faucet works well, with a smooth turning ceramic valve and good flow. Easy to install, in my case without having to exchange pipes and fittings. Replaced one which had a plastic push lever that wore out.

I was looking for a short drinking water faucet that was lead free and fortunate to find this one that wasn't tall. I love the ease of use of this faucet and ability to control the flow of water.

Nice replacement. Shorter than most in the market. Well built. It was hard to install (simply because my food disposal was in the way, so space was tight), but the product itself was easy to install. I would recommend this one for anyone who wants to replace the standard nozzle that comes with water filters, but then slowly begins dripping. The height is lower than most, and I like that it is shorter.

This faucet is very stylish, smooth operating and has a very good flow. I chose it for the NSF/Lead free certification and we needed a 3" stem long enogh to mount through our Silestone counter. Also for the brushed nickel color that matches our faucet. Very important to find the correct width of your counter including any extra mounting material. We originally bought a faucet with a 2" mounting stem thinking it would work. It didn't. We do have a problem with the handle leaking, but my husband took the handle off and made an adjustment. I hope it lasts 20 years like our previous RO faucet by a different company.
