- The cubes are made from freshly emptied Sherry barrels (Oloroso) which are produced from Spanish or American Oak.
- They are perfect for maturation of grain, whisky, brandy and perfectly suited for fruits spirits, such as cherry, pear and much more.
- They are excellent for flavoring of beer, cider, wine and spirits
- Dose: 5-30g /10 liters wine / beer / cider / vodka
- Maturation time: a few days to 3 months
