Strap broke and I almost broke my arm
I was doing back extensions with the strap around my waist and about 5 feet off the ground when the strap broke and I came crashing down and almost broke my arm. I am 166lbs. Be careful.

Great for home practice
I needed a way to practice positions at home that required a rope wall, as I had done when my yoga studio was still open. This sling allows for excellent, safe positioning at home. Very pleased with the product.

Great for Yoga beginners
The media could not be loaded. I got into Yoga a month ago and this yoga stretching strap is a good way to practice, plus it has helped me with lower back pain. This is a good complement for my Yoga routine.

The media could not be loaded. Love this! Dyring lockdown I've been missing my silks class, hanging upside down helps me stop missing class so much (but also decompresses the spine!) I'm a dancer also so I can do all my stretches easily supported. It took my weight easily. Considering hanging it also off my pull up barre so I can do some positions with the door open. I had just a little test by pulling the nodule bits through a loop and twice over and had a pull of it. Seems firm enough so will give it a go too. Plus as well as stretches as you will see by the video. I enjoyed it just being a hammock!!!! Its really comfy!! Sort of want to try it between 2 doors in my hallway!!!!

Daughter loves it. Now trying out to practice the moves and stray he's she is able to do safely

Great for stretching and inversions
The media could not be loaded. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I think it will last a long time. The hammock makes it comfortable so you can stretch the fabric out instead of having the pressure concentrated in one area.
