Good device- deep hot pot section and non smoking grill.
Update! Used last night for hotpot and Korean BBQ and item was awesome. Performed and cleaned up great. The hot pot soup side is deeper and holds more then you think. The BBQ side was great and nonstick, also no smoke from the grill or the power connectors.Original review below:Got for Christmas, plugged it in and it started smoking at the plug area. The instructions said it was normal but it still worried me, we left it plugged in for a while to burn off the smell and it did stop smoking from the power element. The base is plastic and the side handles stay cool for a while but do heat up as well. The cord is also short- you will need 2 extension cords. Really uneven paint job on the underside. 1 of the feet isn’t painted the pretty avocado green color at all.* Will report back after we actually cook something in it but I strongly considered returning.

Best in class hotpot/grill combo
The best part is both pans are detachable and easy to clean. It operates at 110V. Quick to heat up even at level 1. Oil drips into a little container, which is part of the cassis. Somehow when we use extension, the cable becomes a bit hot (but still safe to use). Grill and hotpot each has their own power cord and temperature regulator. Each hotpot compartment holds about 1L broth. Power cord is about 2ft. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. Hope they carry black or silver color.

Not bad for what’s it’s worth
Easy to use, heats up quickly. There was a paint/plastic smell at first but went away after a while. I understand the heat turns off after a while to cool down, and it’s for safety reasons. But I really wish it could be manual. But we enjoyed it and find ourselves wanting more BBQ

Size was great. I like that the pans detached so you could wash them. Fun to use for the family and great to have both options to use at same time.
