I may never have a long enough beard nor long enough hair to use these the way they are intended. However, I have used them once before this way on a spear. Now, I'm using them similarly on my walking staff. THESE ARE EXCELLENT!

While my husband would LOVE to put these in his Viking beard, he can’t because of his strenuous job and the danger of them getting yanked out, so he settled for putting them on a leather cord and adding his mjolnir pendant. It looks very good.

Got then in time and I gave a part of a Birthday gift and he loves them

I am not one for beading or other crafts, but these have been a blast to play around with.
