My my husband and I bought this telescope for my seven-year-old grandson for Christmas. When my husband went to put it together it was not difficult however the stand is so flimsy you really have to hold on to the telescope to keep it as still as possible while you look through it. It does not stay up on its own properly. My grandson certainly would not be able to utilize this on his own . It was a little bit aggravating . I will look for something more durable.

VERY HARD TO SEE OUT OF THE LENSES AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADJUST THE LEG HEIGHT. IT CAN ONLY BE USED ON A TABLE OR HIGH CHAIR TO LOOK OUT OF A WINDOW.

Very simple features basic childs gift.

The tripod is not stable enough to handle for a seven year old.

The quality of the product is not good at all and it’s not clear to see out of.

I got this product as a gift for my little niece and she was so happy. She looked into lens for many days and got fascinated. When I asked what planets did she see discover, she told me how she could see her eye up very clearly.

It is one time use for kits, good toy for beginner. Poor material will not stand at the hand of any kit. I decided to bring another more expensive as I felt that I lost money at this toy.
