Great for leaders looking to instill rigor and ownership in their culture
I own the physical book and the audible and have read/listened multiple times. Honestly, it’s a great book for any leader looking for ideas on how to instill some rigor and ownership into their culture. I found it particularly useful for software engineering leadership ideas.

Interesting and very good lessons on management
I really liked this book and it is hard to get lessons from such a reputed organisation. There are lot of useful lessons for management and more specifically on the change management. The book heavily speaks only the NASA language in the sense, some generalisation has to be done to apply into other industrial context. The concept of book club mentioned in this book quite interesting though I have my own doubts whether it would work practically in today's world. It is definitely worthy a good read, especially, if you are working on a bigger organisation and don't realise or clue on what's going wrong or where to start to make change

WTF?
Disappointing, not enough on rocket science, far too much padding and, strangely, Kafka's, Der Process, 'The Trial' springs to mind.
