Thought we would have to cut off the small metal rings on the handles.No, these fit perfectly in the Tall glass containers we have for Flour, coffee, sugar and Grits.Whole coffee beans you have to tilt the jar to the side so they do not slide off the scoop.Top of our glass containers are small, barely large enough for your hand to fit inside.But that is acceptable as the small scoops are well made and shiny. :)

One of the ways new bakers mess up recipes is by scooping flour with a measuring cup. This packs the flour and you end up with more than the recipe calls for. With these scoops you pour the flour into the measuring cup and then use a knife or spatula the scrape off the excess, giving you a more accurate measurement. These scoops are pretty and fit into my canisters. They are well made. I hand wash to be safe.
