This thread rack is the best I've seen for a reasonable price. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I don't have to worry about it tipping over when I put on and take off thread cones.I likes it so much that I bought a second one to divide the two different size cones of quilting thread.

Honestly, when I opened the box I was horrified. I am dyslexic and was overwhelmed. Then I started sorting and organizing the contents of the box, once I got started it went well and I love the rack, much better than my old broken wooden rack. It holds my larger spools and the tongs are long.

I don’t leave many reviews because most things are as expected. But I’m a paper crafter/cardmaker who gets stressed by clutter & have been looking a neat way to store rolls of washi tape for a very long time. I’ve been keeping them in clear plastic kitchen boxes that take up a lot of craft space.I messaged the seller about the size, told her what I was hoping to do with it, and was wondering if there’d be room between pegs. She got right back to me, and although she wasn’t familiar with the tape, she told me I I could take some pegs out if I needed to because they’re adjustable. Those were the magic words. I didn’t need to remove any, the assembly was easy with no tools necessary, they look pretty on my wall, and are now easy to grab. You can hang this on a wall, but I didn’t want make holes.

So far this spool rack is heavy duty enough if i am careful and it does not get knocked off the table in class . There are wood ones other manufacturers but the wood is not sealed and the dowels break. The pegs are longer on this one too . It holds weaving shuttle bobbins very well. We will see in 6 months to a year if it still holds up? Assembling takes some force to click it together . Not horrible, but not very easy.

Just what I needed.

Got this today to store thread cones for my new serger. It's fairly easy to put together, but takes a bit of strength to attach the shelves. I was concerned about the strength of the plastic, but they were sturdy and snapped together when applying pressure on the side plates.It holds cones well. You can see that smaller cones fit 8 of the 20 prongs.It's not super strong, but it attached to the wall easily and works great.I used a level to put a pencil line and marked the screw holes. Using a nail and hammer to start the hole, I drilled, gently hammered the expander, and attached the screws.It's a versatile piece, clear directions, everything included to make it standing or hanging.

Finally I have a sewing room, no more kitchen island. I purchased Sew Tech Thread Rack. It holds 60 spools of sewing thread. So no more digging through a box to find the color of thread I want, it's right in front of me. Love it!
