I bought this because i had no choice and I am happy I did. It fit exactly as OEM and is stronger for less money. It worked flawlessly out of the box and has been running great. Charges14.6 and no squeaks or rattles. Would buy again.

This is the second DB alternator that I've purchased for my F350 diesel, which are noted for going through alternators. Stock lasted ~100,000 miles, first DB lasted ~150,000 miles and I'm hoping for the same from this one. Also bought one for my son's Ford Ranger, over 100,000 miles on that one so far. Half (or less) the price of a parts store alternator and no core to have to turn in.

I have a 6liter powerstroke and this was a perfect fit. It also puts out more power then the factory alternator I replaced. You won't find a better price either. Very pleased.

Easy to install-direct fit for my 03 F250 6.0. Box includes a printed reciept with what amperage the alternator tested at before leaving the factory. Very good quality!!

I retired this year, so money is a bit tight, and now I'm deep into the fixed income bracket. I checked my local parts houses and a rebuilt alternator for my truck was $285.00. I thought I'd check out Amazon and this unit, a new, not rebuilt one, was only $73.00 (and change). Well-it fit perfectly-and is charging just fine. I installed it Thursday (today is Monday) and took a 650 mile weekend trip. No problems at all. We'll check the longevity of it, but so far, wow.

Been on my truck a year today with no issues. Will buy again. 200$ cheaper than anywhere i can source even with my discount. (Master tech, get discounts at most local stores)

Bought Dec 1 2019 installed immediately due to previous alternator was dead. kept that as a back up and just replaced the voltage regulator/brushes. MY DB Electrical alternator is still holding up strong! Great product extremely satisfied. Good test after 2 rough winters (-30c) with many cold starts on a 6.0 Powerstroke. The first couple of minutes while the glow plugs are on IS very hard on the alternator. only thing I've noticed is voltage drop in the hot summers after long drives. (13.6-14v) versus (14-14.5v) I'm sure its just due to heat and the batteries also being hot and fully charged. I remember current as a draw not a push, so i don't think the alternator is to blame at all just the voltage regulator maintaining the draw.6-15-2021

Works great and cheapest on line. To bad ot took 5 days to pick up. It was guaranteed by Thursday and was in town. But driver was to lazy to deliver it.

Item wasn't package very well as the two boxes that the item was in were damaged needs better packaging as it is a heavier item looked it over no broken parts, so installed the unit yesterday and everything seems to be working fine so far, will follow up. Thanks
