Good value. Stitiching was good and the vinyl appears to be of decent quality. My old awning was so beat up, anything would have been an improvement. Installation was pretty straight-forward. I didn't read the included instructions, I watched a couple of youtube videos, so I can't comment on the quality of the included instructions. Packaging was flimsy, and the box was damaged, but the awning itself was fine.

VERY disappointed at how light of a color these are. We ordered the gray, which looks relatively dark in the pictures, like a charcoal. Not even close. Starts off LIGHT gray and fades to stark white. Also, in the picture of it on the camper, it shows the dark band at the top, which is usually on quality awnings, to not look as soiled, since when rolled up, that part is always exposed. The only reason we are keeping them is because we need them ASAP.

It was much easier to install on my 2015, Forest River, Salem travel trailer 30KQBSS, then I thought it would be. I had two friends and myself it took 2 hours start to finish. The time includes removing the old one. I found a video on YouTube that was the same awning system that I had and we followed the instructions. None of us had ever done it before. Perfect fit!!

Received quickly and package was in good repair. Upon installation found three holes in awning (one was a small tear). Would recommend a full inspection before installation to save a lot of effort and having to do a job twice. Due to schedule issues unable to remove and return within the required time frame so will have to live with the defects. Installation was easy following enclosed instructions and doing some on-line google searches for tips.

Awning fabric had several holes in it. Some were tiny pinholes along the center seam, others large and are sure to leak. Unfortunately i didn’t have time to return it as the awning was needed right away so we taped the holes and hoped for the best. Had there been no holes I would’ve given this 5 stars as it looks nice and arrived swiftly. Disappointing to have to put ugly tape on a brand new awning though.

The awning for fine and didn’t have any issues putting it on our camper. However, after we put it on, I was very disappointed to see there was a small hole in the middle of the awning!

Easy to install, exactly the right size and dimensions for our RV. RecPro customer service was amazing, our original order was lost by FedEx. RecPro was easy to get ahold of and they shipped a replacement right away!

We didn't use this on a camper. Instead we used it to put on back porch to keep weather and hot sun off our smoker. We fixed it so that it can be rolled up all the way, just part of the way or have it all the way down. It is working great so far.
