Great battery, easy install, immediately recognized by the laptop. Holds a charge very well, no complaints at all. Great value for the price!

Easy installation

Well worth the money. The battery took run time up to 7 hours per full charge from the factory battery which was eeking out under an hour.Small issue. Dell makes it easy to access everything from the bottom plate especially the battery. But there must be a small offset on the center screw hole on the replacement battery versus the stock one as I couldn't get the screw to catch and tighten. Not a big deal but a small annoyance nonetheless.

I bought this for a used Dell Latitude E7470 I bought off of eBay. I chose this brand because of the price and it's claim to last over 1000 charge cycles. Installation was easy for me, but my experience level is high. Please refer to the attached screenshot of Windows' battery report. I've owned this battery for a little over a year, and the capacity is rapidly declining, currently operating at roughly 65% of the designed capacity, and dropping. What makes this even more alarming is I primarily use AC power, utilizing the battery only rarely. I'd only considering this battery as a very temporary replacement. If you're looking for a more permanent upgrade, you really should get an OEM battery from Dell. Good luck!

It doesn't come with the cable to install it. Your old one is probably still good. Try that. I can't rate battery life yet, but I will update at a later date. If there are no problems with it? The value is obvious! Dell will charge you at least $120-$130.

This battery is thicker than the OEM and is too thick to fit in the E7470. So you can plug it in, but you can't screw your laptop back together. Nobody can magically make this item smaller so it will actually fit the laptop - so how anyone could leave a positive review is beyond imagination. It was a huge waste of time and money for me and I hope you can avoid a similar fate. A very unfortunate shopping experience.
