How essential parenting is for a break through.
Parenting is the most challenging phase in the lives of adults. This job/duty requires a lot of patience and attention towards the upbringing of a child especially if that child is on the most vulnerable stages of their life that is from the age of 2 to 10. In most of the cases though there still remains some loopholes in especially of communication, education and understanding between the parents and their children. A child's young mind is often impressionable and adopts or enacts things that they see or hear whether they be good or bad. Their brains are at a developing stage that yet cannot distinguish between what is good or bad for them or if they are at all suitable to be taken up at this stage. This book is really important for parents all around the world because this book has taken, addressed and discussed elaborately things that often young childrens are meant to undergo like bullying, sexual abuse, sexual interactions and destruction of friendships because of financial gaps. The children cannot always express these concerns to their parents and they forever remain unanswered. This book has provided comprehensive guidelines as how parenting should be taken up to pay close attentions to behaviourial mechanisms and mannerisms of various children. The book has also provided significant life quotes from famous philosophers and also has used real life examples in the form of case studies so that the book becomes easy for all kinds of readers. This book is a must read for all as it has an easy language along with an easy subject and approach. An unique work, this book is the best creation in the world of non-fiction genre.

Great Stuff! A very well detailed book for parents to be more open to their children.
This book is based on one of the people that the author has helped to overcome child abuse. His name is Kabir Mehra and he grew up in an ordinary family with both his parents constantly fighting. This creates a vacuum of love, affection and acceptance for Kabir Mehra. He searches this in other people around him and gets sexually, mentally exploited by the neighbour’s son. This makes Kabir to be sexually exploited at the age of 2-3 years. And this creates into a series of abusive incidents performed by Kabir or to Kabir when he was is a child or an adolescent. This has made Kabir an insecure, irritated and aggressive person as an adult.I love this book. It was precise and gave parents the tips to notice in their child so that they are kept away from sexual, mental trauma and bullying. I respect whoever is Kabir Mehra, that they had the courage to let the author use his section to enlighten the rest of the population. Thanks to you.Great writing, loved the overview portion of each chapter where the author dissects the incident and lets us know what is the problem and how as parents we can find out if our children are suffering through one of the problems. Overall I would recommend this book for new parents and parents whose kids are 2-3 years.

Good read
The book itself is a simple in presentation but it’s too deep. I started reading it and couldn’t put it down because it educated me. I will briefly summarise the concept. Initially author explained the vocabulary difference between “Break thorough” and “breakthrough”.This book is really important for parents all around the world because this book has taken, addressed and discussed elaborately things that often young childrens are meant to undergo like bullying, sexual abuse, sexual interactions and destruction of friendships because of financial gaps. The children cannot always express these concerns to their parents and they forever remain unanswered. Must read
Break Free to break through, the name of the book describes what you will find inside the book. The book written by Inspiring Jatin sounded like a self-motivation book when I read the name, but the book has a lot more to speak about. The author has raised so many issues related to kids, the kind of problems they get trapped in because of their parents who don't interact with their kids at all. The book has several chapters. Every chapter is focused on a particular age group, the bad habits they acquire due to the persistent happening of the same things around them. The author has used a character Kabir and has used him only in all the stories. He has faced so many different unusual things in his life, developed unusual feelings for others and finally got used to it and started enjoying it. The book also has an author's critique section where he shares enough data backing the story and portraying Kabir for other kids. The author has also tried to give solutions to all the problems, in the Breakthrough section. Book is a must read for parents and those who have younger siblings or cousins at their home.

A good self-help read.
"Everything happens for a reason."We may have heard the above quote often but, we only understand this quote after we heal the wounds we have through the medium of stories author has described how we pass through traumas that make drastic differences in our life. Some break you down, while others make you stronger. But that's how life goes. The book does not take the place of a mentor in your life. It is just a guide that may be motivational for you and also help you find a way to deal with your trauma.A few grammatical mistakes can be spotted. And can also guide you with parenting. It's a book that helps you reduce your overthinking and help you in transformation as well as gives you answers for "How to change yourself."I'd give it 4/5 stars. The book might be triggering for some.
