Excellent Bags for Broilers
These bags worked great for packaging whole cornish cross. Perfect fit for most of our birds who were in the 5-6 lb range. The bags were a bit snug with the occasional 7+ pound bird. Would definitely buy again.

Best shrink bags we’ve ever used!
We process 100+ birds per year and these are the best shrink bags we’ve ever used! Tried others with great disappointment…never again!

Great product for home processing
These bags make processing our chickens so quick and easy. They shrink tightly around the bird, and seal well. I haven’t had any problems with freezer burn.

Great! As long as you check one thing!
We broke two bags in the set of 50 while packaging our chickens. We learned that this wasn’t a failure on the quality of the bags. Be sure to check how smooth the neck is cut. The two different chickens had a sharp edge which caused them to break when the bag sealed!Otherwise our chicken looked professionally packaged and we had no problems with our 4-6 lb chickens.

Shrink wrap bags
Awesome bags!! I've used the bags for several years and love the product. After one year in the freezer...No ice in the bag!! Chicken meat is as fresh as the day we butchered them.

Very high quality product, I will buy these again.
I like the thickness of the bags. They shrink nice and tight for a great professional looking package. I think the zip ties that come with it should be thicker. If you pull too hard they will break, but you have to pull hard after you remove the air vent tube to get the excess plastic to cinch down tight enough to keep air from getting in (detailed explanation below if you can't picture what I'm saying). Overall it works great, but I will be using some thicker zip ties on the rest of the bags.So the way this works, you put the bird in the bag head first. Or where the head used to be goes first. Put the tube in the butt end of the carcass and let it stick out of the back. Gather the excess bag and twist it a few time, kind of like a loaf of bread, keeping the tube sticking out and put a zip tie around the bag and tube. Dip the wrapped bird in hot water. Bag shrinks, excess air escapes out the tube. The moment of truth is when you pull the tube out out of the still twisted bag and quickly tighten the zip tie around the gathered, twisted plastic. If it holds, you have a vacuum sealed bird. If you pull too tight, the zip tie will break and you may not have a sealed bag. If you don't pull tight enough, you don't have a sealed bag. If you gently squeeze the bird and hear air hissing through the plastic, you know you don't have a seal.

Great bags for great chickens
I have used these bags multiple times for bagging up my chickens. They work great and keep a good strong hold on the birds. You should be aware that they are great for chickens and rabbits as advertised, but it is a tight fit for pekin ducks. That is not a fault of the bags in any way.
