Tasty
I get some ppl don't like the texture but I really like them. They are like eating a soft macadamia nut. The salted ones are the best I think.

Low Carb Nut
Generally, nuts are filling and so easy to eat but often hard to stop eating after just a few, leading to consuming way too many calories and carbs. I am on a keto diet, so I was excited to try these pili nuts, as one serving is only 1 total carbohydrate. I have never tasted pili nuts that are plain, so I don’t know if they are supposed to be crunchy or not; however, with the light coating of coconut oil, I was surprised that these nuts are softer than expected. They are full of a combination of buttery, garlic flavor, and for me, a little goes a long way - and I am not tempted to overeat them. This type of nut is expensive no matter where you get them, but if you are on a low-carb or keto diet, and want a great treat, these nuts are worth trying!

Tasty and healthy treat
These nuts are incredibly tasty. I eat them alone, as well as sprinkle them on a salad or put them in chicken salad. Very good.

Not a fan.
So, my first time trying pili nuts: very strange experience. The nuts are soft, not crunchy, so don't expect them to be hard, like normal nuts. Not sure if they are technically nuts or not. (Okay, just googled and they ARE tree nuts: warning to tree nut allergy sufferers out there.) They kind of just melt in your mouth when you chew them; I personally don't like the feeling. Also, the flavor that's been added to these nuts are not my cup of tea, either. So unfortunately, this isn't a rave review. I don't recommend them.

Interesting texture; not a fan of the seasoning
This is the first I've tried (or even heard of) Pili nuts. It's a rather novel nut -- the texture is quite soft for a nut, and it has a rather buttery-type feel to it. It is a different but enjoyable texture. What's not so great is the seasoning. While I am a fan of turmeric, there's too much of that to the point where it's the only flavor that comes through. The turmeric needs to be toned down and the salt and ginger brought more forward (the garlic could be dropped since I'm not a fan of garlic as a nut seasoning). While the nut is enjoyable, the seasoning does more to detract from the enjoyment rather than add to it. The price is also quite high even given that this is a unique nut. Weighing all the factors together brings my score to 3 stars (average). It's not terrible by any means, but it's also something I would not get again due to how it is seasoned.
