When I bought my Ooni pizza oven I had a small wood pellets free. The Ooni ones are very good, but are extremely expensive for what you get.So I bought these as an alternative. The pellets are longer and slightly thicker, so don't pack as tightly. They also take a little bit longer than the premium ones. But that's me nitpicking. For the price, I would highly recommend going with these. Yes, the Ooni ones are a bit better, but save yourself a bit of money and go with these - you won't be dissappointed.

Questo mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso, considerando il prezzo di 17 euro (ora aumentato a 19).A mio parere, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è medio-basso, soprattutto considerando che si possono trovare pacchi da 10 kg a prezzi simili in alcuni negozi locali (come Leroy's Merlin ad esempio).Tipo di Legna Hickory:La scelta del legno di noce di noce per barbecue Hickory è sicuramente interessante, specialmente in Italia dove è difficile reperirlo.Tuttavia, consiglio di valutare se la convenienza rispetto ad altre tipologie di legna è effettivamente giustificata, ad esempio noi abbiamo un ottimo legno di quercia che sebbene sia più delicato dell'Hickory è offre comunque ottimi risultati.Conclusioni:In definitiva, i pellet Exstream sono una soluzione accettabile se si cerca la particolarità del legno Hickory e non si ha accesso a fornitori locali.Tuttavia, il prezzo e la quantità potrebbero non essere competitivi rispetto ad altre opzioni sul mercato.In futuro, potrei esplorare altre tipologie di legna per valutare alternative.
