This product worked great for my stomach. I suffer from bloating and upset stomach frequently. I typically stick to a healthy diet but as we all know a healthy meal is not always available when you are on the go. When my stomach was upset this product helped. I found taking it every other day really had a great affect on keeping me focused and I felt a natural level of steady energy.

I have been taking this product for 3 weeks now and it does work with joint pains and headaches as magnesium is known to do. In the first week I was a bit bloated and gassy but once I had been taking it for a week that passed. It may be because I was taking the recommended 2 pills daily and my body was adjusting to this dose. As with most magnesium products keep in mind that they will make you go to the bathroom so If taking two pills I suggest morning and evening and for those who have never taken a magnesium supplement it’s probably best to start with one pill preferably in the evening to see how your body reacts. The pills are not too small but they are easy to swallow although I suggest taking a sip of water prior to placing in mouth. They don’t have any strange odor or taste to them.

I am prone to muscle cramps that come unexpectedly especially at night when I am sleeping. When these episodes occur, I am left in extreme pain not knowing what to do in the middle of the night... I thought this magnesium supplement is a good treatment to prevent or stop these incidences from happening or reducing the frequency of when they occur. Well I tried it and I am pleased at the results. I waited few weeks before I wrote this review in order to see if the situation would improve and it has. I have not had any such episode and I am continuing to take this supplement daily as indicated. I just wish the pill is a little smaller, I managed to take these pills with water and it has worked. Will definitely continue to take this product.

This is embarassing to admit, i use these pills to ease my severe constipation problem.

My doctor suggested using magnesium in my diet for night cramps and sleep. I did find relief from leg night cramps upon using for a few days and happy those nasties are gone. Sleep, well, I am a life long insomniac and I did not find it helped sleep but rather, it got me to sleep faster than just staring at the ceilings and wondering when I would fall asleep. The two things I love about the product are that the capsule size is manageable and it is easy to swallow it. Most magnesium supplements seem to have horse sized pills or capsules and there's no after taste or were mouth taste. Reasonably priced so you don't break the supplement bank for the month. Highly recommend for anyone sensitive to pill/capsule size or "belly upset" with magnesium.
