These are all hype, and no substance. Save your money
I like the idea. Too bad it's all hype. These 'magnets' are not magnetic at all. The plastic only traps moisture and they do nothing whatsoever.

Not sure what the problem is.
The one in my left shoe is not painful to walk on but I can't get the right one positioned correctly and its very painful to walk on. I even tried taping it to my sock then putting my shoe on but that didn't work either. This may have been a waste of money.
