I am blown away by this top handle. I bought throw as a cheap handle until I found one I wanted but after using it I stopped my search. I use it on my BLackmagic pocket 6k smallrig rig and the mount is really well made. It has four cold shoes 2 vertical and 2 horizontally which is a game changer for placing my monitor. It has an arri Mount and multiple other screw mounts for whatever you need to hook up. I was using a tilta handle before and I wasn’t a huge fan, after using this new top handle I plan on selling the tilta handle.overall it is a versatile and really well priced product.

The arri locating pins swivel too if you need it for a side handle. I love that the screw has the holes you can use to tighten it with. I wish they all came with that.

This fits perfectly with my camera cage. I recommend this version as opposed to the other model that has the sort of clamp to to it.

I love this to handle, but if I don’t use the Allen key to tighten it, it has a little bit of a wiggle, and so it was a little annoying. If you going to set it and not remove it, then it’s a great buy. Also this was the only one I found in the market that had a cold shoe in the front, everything else has a arri. If I was going to keep it on my rig the hole time I would keep it. But I jump from gimbal not handheld and so it have to tighten and untighten was a little bit of a pain.

The mounting options and other amenities for this handle make it a great value for the money. I would use it on my a7siii and even FS7 if it had a recording button. Being able to mount magic arms, rails, and other things makes this a great purchase over established brands like Smallrig or even Kondor Blue
