Toroids Rule - and this one is the best
Best for a 1:1 current balun on HF. It arrived promptly - but note that there is a SINGLE toroid, not two as pictured. I used it with 18 turns of speaker wire to remove some bothersome common mode currents after the balanced line tuner. Now my raspberry pi wspr mode beacon has reduced spurious harmonics at least 43 dB below the primary signal. No more double reports 120 Hz above or below! Now you can hear me roar (100 milliwatts) on the 20 meter WSPR band most mornings throughout the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Europe.
