Wish it had a 220v compatibility maybe a tiny adapter which is quite cheap cost wise. The best part is the night projection of time on any convenient portion of wall with 9 meter radius. The temperature & radio are okay features with Day clock actually fine.Value for money only with 220v power supply adapter which more than half the world customers will need to buy to use as battery is no go atleast in my set.Amazon did a fine job in delivering within 10 days.

I love this clock! It's well made, and has to be the most high tech and easy to use (once you learn it) alarm clock I've ever seen. Alarm 1 doesn't come in loud and obnoxious like traditional alarm clocks, instead it starts with several light tones, then faster tones, then even faster tones, then eventually a constant stream of tones. Alarm 2 just instantly hits you with the final stage until you turn it off or hit snooze. The snooze button and the power button are right next to each other so when you're ready to fully awake you can just tap the small power button instead of snooze this time around (you can feel the difference, long button vs small round button). Also, at night before you sleep, you can hit the snooze button a few times to turn off the display light so it's not shining in your face (lowest light is still rather bright) and rely on the projector for time or indoor temperature. When the alarm sounds the display also lights up to the brightest setting to assist in waking you, but goes back to what you had it set to once you hit snooze or off. Another great ease of use feature I like, is that once you have hit the power button the officially shut it up, you can just tap the power button again to listen to radio or an aux plugged in device. Radio is no high quality boom box but it gets plenty loud and stays very clear to enjoy what you're listening to even at its loudest volume. I can pull and preset (save) all the major Chicago stations beautifully from Blue Island, IL. One of my favorite features is that straight out of the box all I needed to do is tell it my time-zone and everything (date, time, year) was set for good. Which means, who needs a backup battery? If the power goes out and comes back while you're asleep, don't worry, the clock will stay set to the right time... not sure if the alarm(s) will remain set though... I'll have to check that out.Update 11/28/16:Still going strong! Though throughout the 2 years I've owned it I've noticed the time has started to go a little fast forcing me to set it back a few minutes every month or so, but still viewed as one of the most high tech and unique things in my apartment. I'm near sighted so I can't see far away and while laying in bed without my glasses I can very easily see the time projected on my ceiling. Still one of my favorite household items and I can't tell you how useful the dual alarm system is, especially since I can set them to only alarm on weekdays or one specific day. Works well for when I need to get up at a certain time on the weekend while still maintaining my weekday alarms. I still highly recommend purchasing this one!Update 6/24/20:I’ve had this clock over 5 years now, it’s still super cool and still prompting me to leave a review! Mind you I wear glasses, can’t see things clearly far away. But at night, I can read the time perfectly clearly on my ceiling with my glasses off. Perfect for barely rolling over to check the time periodically. Not a single issue from this clock besides the occasional needed roll back of the time by a minute or two. Minor inconvenience, still worth 5 stars. Someone called it a complicated clock and gave it a bad review... well, yes it’s a little complex, but for good reason! Dual alarms, each one can be set for either every weekday or just one chosen day, radio, calendar, temperature, projector, aux jack, ability to adjust time backwards and forwards, none of that “missed the number now I have to cycle through all of them again” crap. Gonna be a little complex when you factor in all of that. If you don’t want all of that, get a simpler clock for like 5 bucks. This is still hands down my favorite clock after 5 years!

The Almost Perfect Clock Radio
For the price, this is a pretty darn good alarm clock radio.First the cons:- The smooth shiny plastic gives it a sort of cheap appearance, but it seems durable enough.- Some of the reviewers complained that the speaker isn't good quality. I'd say that's not entirely accurate. The sound is quite clear also but somewhat penetrating. My complaint is with the volume levels that are available. You can select 0 for off, or 1-10 for loudness. The problem with 1 is that it's too loud. 1 is the lowest volume level and yet it's loud enough to be a 4 or 5. If you're like most people you keep your clock radio within 6 feet of your bed. Volume level 1 if fine for waking up to music, but if you like to fall asleep to music, you'll probably find even the lowest volume level too loud.- You'll need to keep the instruction manual handy. Whatever you do DON'T LOSE IT!!! Setting this thing is a piece of cake when you have the instructions, but without them it would be quite difficult.- They used a blue backlight, which is too bright at night, even on the lowest setting. Luckily you can turn this off completely and just use the red projection (and you can even turn that off). The red projection isn't a problem at all. When will companies learn to use red backlighting for clocks instead of blue?Okay, now the pros:- Honestly, this thing works great. I love that the time is set for you right out of the box. All I had to do was choose my timezone. The temperature is a nice touch.- Although the speaker is a bit loud to fall asleep to music to, the sound is pretty clear, and it gets better AM reception than some of the more expensive radios I've purchased in the past. FM works great too.- I love the projection feature, which is why I purchased this unit in the first place. You can point it forward or back, and there's a button to flip/change the clock orientation, depending on which way it's pointing. There's also a focus knob, so you can adjust it accordingly. I have it projecting about 10' away onto the wall, but I can stick my hand out in front of the beam to read the time off my palm.- You can configure 2 different alarms, and you can choose which days of the week they're effective on. I haven't tried the buzzer option (as I don't like the traditional jarring sound they usually make), but the radio on volume level 1 is quite reliable.- The engineers thought about pretty much everything. You can turn the backlight or projection on or off, change the projected clock orientation, and even set the alarm to a radio station other than the one that you currently have dialed in.Despite some of it's shortcomings, this is a great clock radio. For $30 you'll have a hard time finding a better product with this many features.

My search is over, all hail Magnasonic
I like a dedicated alarm clock, I can't use my phone and I want one that displays the time so I don't also need a clock. I also wanted it to be a radio for when I want that. I wanted it to have the ability to set two alarms. I wanted it to be made by an English speaking company. All that said, this is a great alarm clock that fits those parameters. It has a few extras like the AUX port, temperature, and the projector but they aren't why I'm writing this review; it's because after looking at and trying many alarms clocks, I finally found one that understands I don't want a usb port or any of that nonsense, I need an alarm clock first and foremost. It dims the screen to an acceptable level and has intuitive controls, that HUGE. Attention to detail like the ability to set a date range for when the alarm times are, another MASSIVE win. Separate station settings per alarm is not a feature I cared about as I like the standard beeping but having it is such a sign of QUALITY. It's a $30 dollar alarm clock, why do I care so much? I am passionate enough to write a review because it really does its best to be an ALARM CLOCK over anything else: it's not a radio first, it's not a power brick for your phone, and it's not a charging pad either, it's an alarm clock. It's designed with quality and functionality in mind, with a clear attention to detail I can't over state. I hate bright lights, I really hope it can dim; it can, and from what I can tell, one mode turns off the backlight do that at night, meaning it doesn't glow at all if you don't want it to. These are the clear signs of development and thoughtful design I DESPERATELY wanted and couldn't find, until I found this alarm clock. I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense but I am writing this after being hit with the inspiration that I have to share how I feel about this clock in hopes others also buy it because I'm sure they'll be blown away as well.

Great alarm clock radio
Great alarm clock radio. The display can be dimmed or completely turned off, important for me as I need near total darkness to sleep. In the daytime I keep the display light setting at its highest, and I can read it despite it being next to a bright window. The projector is great, I'm very near-sighted and can read it on the ceiling above the bed without my glasses in the dark (can't see the projector display in daylight but don't need to because the front display is enough). Love that you can program 20 different stations on the radio tuner (10 fm + 10 am). Reception and speakers are surprisingly decent for an alarm clock. I found that the instruction booklet was clear and only needed to reference it a few times before getting the hang of it. It has a small footprint, so it doesn't take up too much precious space on my little nightstand. All the controls and buttons are easy to use, not hidden at the bottom of the back of the unit like my previous alarm clock radio that I replaced with this baby. Easy to switch between degrees C or F, am or fm, toggle through radio presets or just digitally seek stations, and to adjust volume. Setting the alarms is fairly easy to learn, and you can program different radio stations to wake up to for each alarm, or just use the buzzer (I can't understand why you'd want to wake to a buzzer instead of music or talk, but to each their own). Another nice feature is that the alarm volume (which is also programmable) doesn't start out at the full volume you set it for, but gradually builds over about 20 seconds so it doesn't rip you out of sleep but gently eases you awake. I would definitely buy it again. In my opinion, one would not regret buying this if you are looking for a radio alarm clock with projector, and the price is fair. I highly recommend.
