I was making small passes with 8 boards. On the second pass, the shank bent. The bit wasnt biting a lot of wood on either pass. No chipping. It's important to note this bit had been used previously to mill another 8 boards and worked well enough. I am no expert with a router. I was using a table and fence to cut the small increments. Having seen the same bent shaft on other product reviews, I'm left to question the quality of the bit and will look for a similar bit with 1/2" shank. Side note: this is why I wait a while before writing product reviews instead of writing a review the day I open the Amazon package.

Second reviewReceived second set yesterday, after returning first set. Set up to make five or six small passes. This time I made it to the fourth pass before it bent completely out of shape.Going for a refund this time not worth my trouble !First review .I can only assume cheap Chinese crap! Received items yesterday. Had router table set up for multiple passes, small amount at a time. First bit first pass bent to unusable proportions. (yeah I know at high RPM’s no bend allows it to be usable). You have been warned!!! I have deleted and re-downloaded Amazon app will not allow you to upload photos!

Really only needed the 1/4" to match some molding in my home but could find single one to purchase. Have used for over 120' of molding and still like new. Happy with purchase. I'm sure I'll find use for other sizes as well.
