Samsung QE55Q700TA 55" QLED 8K HDR Smart LED TV

The initial TV we got had a software problem. The seller could not have been more helpful. They were pleasant, polite, and kept us informed throughout. Because of Covid restrictions, their normal carrier would not do a return. To resolve this they delivered a replacement themselves, making two journeys to ensure we had a working TV and that it was set up properly for us. Thanks to them.Now we have a working model, the TV is excellent. We are enjoying the smart features and the quality of the 4K images is stunning.

Screen has developed purple blurry lines and patches. Seller not interested in offering refund or replacement as it’s only just over 30 days since purchase. It’s a known fault with some Samsung TVs, yet after spending an hour on the phone with a Samsung rep I’m no closer to arranging a repair under warranty. If I don’t manage to sort it with Samsung in the next week, I’ll be taking the set to a Crampton and Moore store until they give me a refund. This was supposed to be a family treat after a rubbish year in lockdown and had been saved up for. Utterly disappointing for a fault to be present after just 6 weeks.

For game's, movies and YouTube. The quality of the pictures it's very useful when all the games they will be make for 8k, to be able to enjoy of their characteristics of this TV.

The TVs turns on n off all the time....it turns on n 5 seconds later it goes off then it comes back on again n off again.....so right now am without a Tv not a happy bunny.

Still early days but very pleased with this TV. Fantastic picture and sound quality. Like been in the cinema. Bought to go with the ps5 and they work together amazingly. If everything carries on like this I will be extremely happy.

Well, after spending out on a 8k TV just before Christmas 2020 and thought Samsung was the way to go, rather disappointed now. We have a few blips where the screen went blank but sound was fine turned it off and on again, it seemed to be fine then a week ago it was not! We had sound no picture and three faint dots on the screen it's been collected by the TV engineer and they have tried different things but without success. We have been told that the main panel (screen) is now obsolete! We have no TV for almost a week!The TV engineers have been very good and updated us.Extremely disappointed with Samsung!Update 26/6/21. Eventfully after emails live chat (many times) and sending all the purchase details. They have got back to me today!!! They have said, replacement will take 14 days refund (this is estimated as they have to collect the faulty one from their chosen support engineers then get it back to their warehouse before they send out another one) will take between 12 to 14 days!Not sure if Samsung care about customer satisfaction or customers.

Tv keeps switching on and off only had it for 2 month good tv but starting to get on my nerves now pay that much and I sit on my Xbox for a hour or 2 then starts switching on them off
