I have had several Otterbox telephone cases and have never been disappointed. I feel confident that initially drop my phone, it is completely safe. It fits perfectly.

Had the same case for my Note 9 and it was perfect. Made me not hesitate to order this one. Much to my chagrin, the fit, assembly and materials quality of this case are not what ome would expect from Otterbox. I don't think it's fake as other reviews have stated, but the design and execution have suffered badly since the last iteration and the reason, from what I can deduce, is that Otterbox shifted production to China from Mexico. The Note 9 case I had was made in Mexico and the fit and finish was exceptional. The Note 20 Ultra case came from China and the quality, though not atrocious, isn't worth the 60$. Brand new out of the box, it feels like a case thats been used for a couple of years. The belt clip has a lot of slop in its rotation, and the material has been changed to a cheaper plastic. The case itself is not tight to the phone and creaks like an old set of stairs if any torsional force is applied. The long sides of the case can be slipped of the edges of the phone so much so that they depress the lock and volume buttons. Constantly taking screen shots while the phone is in my pocket as I don't trust the belt holster.Hate to do this as Otterbox has always been my go-to case provider, but they cheaped out big time on this supposedly premium case and still have the stones to charge the same for it.Find another case for your $1700 phone.

I love the Otterbox cases they are very durable, however, after some time the rubber around the case starts to lift off the plastic and it can't be put back on. But Otterbox has a great warranty but it is a hassle every time. After so many year of having the same issue on their products wish they would have fixed that by now.

I had it for 3 months and the side rubber is already coming off!Every time I take my phone out my coverall or Jean pockets, the right side rubber is morning off all the time.Very disappointed for a 60$ product.

This case fits the Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G (North American) snugly, I haven't felt any of the looseness or shaking as mentioned in other reviews and find this case fits like a second skin.The camera hole depth covers the stick-out nicely.

This case feels like it is 3rd party. The sides on the housing are not very strong. (I had the same case for my S8 plus, worked amazing). I am also unable to bring down my drop down menu without trying to stick my finger through the case. I wouldnt recommend
