The media could not be loaded.  I LOVE how easy to use this device is and how portable it is to carry it with me. A big bonus for it being discreet and light. Though I haven't been able to go out much due to the quarantine, I'm planning to use this for walks at night or in crowded areas when everything reopens again. I can also see this as a really useful device for younger children and elderly parents. All in all, this is a great product - I'm a big fan!

Piece of junk! was really excited to use this item, however app was useless. I was able to successfully pair the device with my phone and it workeefor 1 attempt. I tried it later on during the day to show my husband and I kept on getting an error message. Also, the panic alarm was ridiculous. It was not loud at all. I thought it may have been due to low battery but I charged it overnight and that did nothing to increase volume. Waste of money, I returned it immediatley.

My wife and I are expecting our first child and as a small business owner you could say I'm "always on the go". Needless to say as she gets father along I've been very concerned not only for her general safety but what would happen if her water broke and I wasn't with her. I got this because I wanted to have some peace of mind knowing if she ever needs me she'll be able to get ahold of me right away and I'll know exactly where she's at. Overall she likes how small it is and in our tests it works like a charm. It's exactly what we needed to go about our days knowing when the time comes we'll be ready. Thanks Care Go.

I love that it only charges once a year, it can go right on my keychain and it's very easy to use all of my family members are able to track me in real time if I choose so. The alarm thats built into the device is not loud at all, it wont scare off anyone so I bought a separate personal alarm that is very loud. When your family members are notified the alarm on their phones is very loud.

I love this idea but for me theres a few flaws. I live on Hawaii Island so when the cell service is in and out it wont connect correctly and there is a huge delay from when I put on my Follow me to when my protector gets my location and then when I'm on the move there a huge delay between my device and my protectors map.I wanted to buy these for my kids but I cant afford any delays.

I absolutely love this product. I feel safe and secure with it on. I turn the base of it to allow my “protector” (the person I’ve designated to receive alerts) to track me. When they look at my location I get an alert that they are playing “close attention”. If I pull the base, it alerts my protector. What I like that is different than others, is that this puts the protector’s phone into an alert mode so even if their phone is on silent, the alarm still sounds loudly, like an amber alert. Not only is this product an amazing idea, it is well made. The tracking is 100% on point and it is very sleek looking. I hung it from a chain lanyard I bought on Amazon.

I gave one of these excellent alarms to my wife when she walks our dogs and another to my daughter when she's out with hers. As we live on the edge of town in the countryside, it can be rather lonely at times and there can be some dodgy characters around. The alarms give them a feeling of safety and fortunately they have not been put to use yet but you never know. The alarms are exceptionally good if accidents should occur and help is required from nearby homes. I showed them to a friend of mine and he ordered a set for his daughter and granddaughter who both find themuseful when out alone. Highly recommended.

It seems like a decent product but I was unable to create an account after I downloaded the app. I repeatedly reached out to alphahom customer support and never received a response. This made the tracker unusable, so I will unfortunately be returning the product.

Worked for about a week was great now not activating follow me mode and emergency mode seems stuck on even when not pulled shame as was really good device untill this had to reset 4 times issue is when u dont have a usb plus and lead so if out this is no good so pointless really needs looking at so can reset on go if needed very upset and not worthy of price tag tbh

To set this alarm up you need first to download the CareGo app , here's where it should be stated that anyone receiving your alerts also has to download the app then be added as an alert contact . You can choose your alert contacts .To Alert that you need assistance you pull either end of the alarm which activates your alert to your contacts .I'd like to state that this is NOT an alarm in the sense that it doesn't actually make any noise .As a nurse I think this is great idea for elderly relatives ( if they are internet and mobile savvy ) . For mums with small children or anyone who needs the extra reassurance of an alarm when out and about alone .You do need to be within 100ft of your phone or Bluetooth to be able to activate it though .It's priced at £40 which on the face of it is quite reasonable . You can't put a price on the safety.of loved ones so happily Recommending .
