I love these little things!
Keeps wheel from spinning while bikes are on the rack. Eliminates bungee straps. Simple but very effective. Pleased with my purchase.

It’s a strap and it works and has worked marvelously. I’ve driven 80 mph on the freeway and these straps kept my front and back tires from spinning. Buy them.

Not for e-bike or fat tires
Confusing to use and strap was not long enough to go around e-bike (Aventon) frame or a fat tire (4"). Returned it. Perhaps others will have better luck.

far too long for most touring or road bikes
These Velcro straps have a gummy side to help hold your wheel from spinning, but unfortunately are twice as long or more than needed for most bikes. I have 3 bikes, a large frame Specialized Rock Hopper, a specialized hyrid and a old Fuji 10 speed touring bike. My girlfriend has a smaller frame carbon fiber touring bike. For all these, we had to wrap the straps in very convoluted ways to get the Velcro to work, as the straps are designed to only wrap ONE time around the wheel and frame, but they are so long, we needed to wrap twice or three times. I didn't notice anywhere the product warned 'for large distances between wheel and frame only". I would estimate if that distance is any less than 6 inches between wheel and frame- this strap isn't the right one. January 2021 update: Recently, the seller has made numerous offers of cash to remove this review instead of correcting the problem or product description. just FYI
