I'll keep this as it's getting harder to find Halloween supplies as Halloween approaches this year, but the quality is certainly a disappointment. The flower is smaller and cheaper looking than the one pictured and the burlap is glued in the wrong direction on the hat that I received (sticking up instead of going off to the side. There is no raffia on the hat, just loose burlap threads sticking out all around it. As another reviewer noted, it's also creased in a way that I don't think I can fix. I might try to fix the burlap at least, but I'm afraid if I mess with it too much, the whole thing is just going to fall apart.The choker and the cuffs look as pictured, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of 2. They are a little small, which works for me but if you have larger wrists or neck, they might be overly tight.Overall, I don't think this is worth the $17 it was selling for when I bought it, but it's just going to be used for taking my daughter trick-or-treating because she wants Mommy to dress up with her, so it'll do for walking around in the dark.

It worked perfect for what I needed. Just that I couldn’t use the items for the wrists because it came without the Velcro. My team purchased the same item and each of theirs came with it so it was just mine.

Super cute and does the job. The choker is a bit snug and the chain broke but besides that, the hat is adorable, hand cuffs were cute as well! I reccomend it!

Small but cute

I love the hat, very cute, the choker is meant for a child’s neck. However I bought it for the to add to my costume and am quite happy with it. Arrived fast during pandemic!

When I received it it had a lot more wrinkles than I could get out of it because of the way it was packaged the neck wrap was too small and it had been a better time when I would’ve sent it back not worth the money
