A good strong durable lanyard, I use these at work you have to put quite a lot of pressure on the release clip to make it pop open so I don’t think you need to worry about loosing your ID easily, I put a metal card holder on it which has rubbed off the black paint but it’s a great product and I’m very happy with it

Very good quality, much thicker than I thought though!! If you use the adjuster to shorten it, then the break away won’t work. Also the breakaway needs an awful lot of force to break, I think it should be easier to breakaway for safety reasons so pros and cons with this really.
