Recommended, it's a great buy and it works great. No adjustment to the carburator and everything fix nicely.

Installed easily and started quickly and running very well for the first hour of operation.
Installed this in my 2000 (515 hours runtime) Sears Craftsman DTY 4000 riding mower. Started up easily but was smoking badly.Turns out I forgot that the previous old carburetor flooded badly and gas got into the oil. Now I see why they add the oil filter with the order. Did the oil change, with new filter and started up fine but smoked a few seconds, (probably burning out the residual gas/oil). I could tell the power difference immediately.You can't buy an oil filter, prefilter and air filter, gas filter, spark plug and 1 foot gas line for the cost of this entire kit, and get a new Carburetor!Next time I need to change the oil and oil/air filters and spark plug, I'll just buy this again and get an extra Carburetor, basically for free.

Can't beat the price
I wasn't sure about this kit for the cost but figured ild try it. I am pleased to say it all worked just fine. Mower runs perfectly again and you can't beat the price.

Good Product but had to send the first Carburetor back with an issue.
The product is good and fits as stated. The only issue I had was the first carburetor had an issue with its throttle sticking when at full throttle. Received a replacement and it works very well. I would recommend this product.

It’s a universal kit and only some parts fit the models it says it’s for.
