I use them to keep the geese of my back yard the sun reflects when the wind moves' them and it keeps the geese at a distant. the last patch had a clip closure it was easier to connect it still does the job just more difficult to clip them to the wire fence.

They don’t keep the birds away. The birds just peck at them. Should have figured. Like mirrors in a bird cage. The birds think they’re toys.

They do look good and suspect they'll work well for repelling birds. For the price, this is about what you should expect. The mirrors are plastic, and somewhat brittle. I doubt they'll hold up in a windy environment. I cracked a few trying to assemble, and while removing the protective film. That's my main concern.

Birds had been pooping in my yard and on the fence. For some reason, my backyard had been their favorite hang out. Everyday there was poop on the fence and on the lawn. Gross. Since installing the disks, I have not seen birds poop on the fence or on the lawn for the past three days. I have seen birds still on the lawn, but no poop. I have seen birds flying really fast by the disks. Usually they would stop and hang out.

The product matches its description. I’m glad to see that both sides are the mirror type surface. And putting them together is easy and straightforward. Simply chain the disks together using the rings included in the box, no additional tools is needed. I don’t see any birds poops on my deck any more recently. It’s been upsetting me for many years that birds keep dropping dirts to my furniture fabrics. Looks this little gadget does well to repel the birds away.

Our dog only weighs 3.5 pounds, so he's easy prey for hawks. He loves to go outside to sunbath but I was too scared that he would get carried off. I bought this product thinking it was just another gimmick BUT I was wrong. Ever since we put them up we have not seen any birds come near the yard. Our baby can sunbath all he wants now!

There are 24 reflective disks in this package, not 30 so you can make 8 sets of 3 disks each. They are a bit time consuming to put together, but I knew they were unassembled when I purchased them. My set was missing one of the swivels. The hooks are bent at a shallow angle so they blow off in a mild wind. I tried bending them, but they are made from a very sturdy spring steel-like material so they return to their original shape. Too early to see if they keep the birds away!
