Worked Hot once then went cold since!
I chose the item because it looked the best out of all the listings but i didnt bother looking at the feedback hence which is why i am leaving this feedback.I bought the item ready for our house reno which upon fitting put us outside the returns timeframe which really frustrates me as an item i used once is now no good and i cant do a thing about it.The item looks good but as other feedback has said there is a BLATANT issue with the item,it works as a Hot shower once then stops,its almost as though the thermostat recognises the shower is too hot then shuts it down.Good luck to whoever buys it and if anyone from Dutrix wants to get in touch regarding this feedback then feel free

Disappointing
This shower system is absolutely beautiful to look at, however.. It has never worked properly for us, there is a temperature block but can be turned on up to a higher temperature, which worked fine for about the first week & ever since it has been cold. We got the plumber out to have a look at it & were told that there’s a fault in the mechanism, so I emailed Dutrix on Wednesday 21st to ask about warranty & have had no response, it’s now been a week & I’m sure we’re not going to hear back from them at all. Very disappointed.

Avoid unless you like cold showers
Do not but this product!. I recently installed two of these showers and after 2 months of use both so not mix hot water anymore.I am also still waiting for a reply and a refund and have got no answers from amazon or the Chinese company they came from. Absolutely sickened!!!

Thermostat mixer seems faulty
After installation, which was a couple of months after the purchase, we've found that the thermostat mixer only allows warm water through. We cannot get hot water, so can't really use the shower as too cold.
