Our municipality has lots of blackouts and brown outs. It’s nice to know that this little device is protecting thousands of dollars worth of beef in our garage chest freezer. It helps me sleep at night.

I used to be a refrigerator repair guy and I can tell you that more compressors were killed through short cycling (power goes on off– on off) than just about anything else. Our company used to install time delay units but they had to be wired in. These units arrived and I installed them one at a time. Extremely easy to install – you plug in the delay unit and plug the appliance into it. Each unit waited for four minutes and then turned the appliance on. Exactly what you need when the power comes back on after a brief failure. We have two refrigerators and two chest freezers. I admit I've been a little too lazy in wiring in some time standard delay units. The surge protectors are worth their weight in GOLD. My power company has been doing a lot of repair work this past summer with all the storms having been in the area. My power has gone off and on several times this year and I lost one refrigerator and a freezer from the power surging and cutting on then off several times in just a few minutes. This product has an internal timer (4 min time delay before power is restored to the item) that protects the Freezer from this happening. It's genius. I even put one on the plug to protect my wife's washing machine with the digital mother board operation and my whole house water filter. I need one for a 30 amp Jenn-Air Duel Fuel Range to protect the circuits on that. (HINT! HINT!) I just bought another 4 pk and put one on the refrigerator in my RV. thanks. This product works great.

Easy to install, works great, we had a wiring issue causing fluctuation on the voltage of the house and every time the voltage fell under the parameter the protector activates and shuts down the current

I had a brown out damage the motherboard on our LG fridge. After fixing it, I installed these on all our appliances to prevent future issues. They work like a champ. Most damage is caused by under volt and rapid flicker. These eliminate that. Voltage drops or power starts to flicker, the unit drops the appliance off the grid until the power is stable. It’s a simple design that just works.

I experience a lot of power failures and this works like it's suppose to. I like that when the power comes back on, the unit doesn't allow power to immediately go to the appliance. There's a few minutes delay. A great feature since it's not unusual for the power to flicker on and off a few times in a row. So far it has worked great.
