A must have sports training compendium!
This is an amazing read and has given me elite conditioning methods and protocols in a concise volume. The breadth and variety of sports represented by the authors makes it all the more informative. It goes into a great deal of technical detail, making it a useful tool for an elite coach, whilst also helping to extend the knowledge of up and coming trainers. A must have compendium for the serious athletic coach – highly recommended!Richard Kelly

AT LAST
At last an awesome book that puts so many theories into practice by well experienced coaches! Every coach worth his salt will be able to apply the information gathered from this book to his/her individual athletes. Another thing that I like about it is the fact that each coach give his/her own view or approach to their field of specialization, and although some of the coaches have different opinions about the same topics, each coach can validate his approach with the necessary science and even more important experience.Written by Alex Fourie

Fantastic Source
Really cheap considering the wealth of information with this book. Has great practical application for each chapter and really helps provide examples and demonstrates certain methodologies/ideologies seen within S&C. I highly recommend!!

A must for the strength and conditioning/rehab professional
Fantastic book! I've read it cover to cover and have referenced many chapters in it as well. It is well written with plenty of clinical applications. This book provides updated information to many of the strength and conditioning books which are outdated. I would highly recommend this book for anyone in sports rehab or performance training.
