The best value for the cost
This has been a true life saver in that it helps me keep my car clean and free of the debris my dog was bringing in each day. It's not fancy but does the job, is easy to install, super easy to clean, does a great job of keeping my 70 lbs dog safe when I had to make a sudden stop. I'm not sure why It took me so long to get this cover. I would recommend it others.

Great Back Seat Protection From Doggie
Our puppy is getting bigger and her nails even when trimmed are pretty sharp. Aside from that we wanted to protect the inside of our back leather seats and side doors from any damage from her. This is an excellent solution that fits our car perfectly (2014 Audi Q5 - Purchased the Standard Size), keeps her comfortable, and keeps our backseat area protected. This backseat car cover is very comfortable for our dog and seems safe. Even though we have a doggie seatbelt we’re always concerned that our pooch will fly behind the driver’s seat and get into trouble. The flaps keep her separated enough to keep her in place pretty well. You may still want to use a seatbelt as well so that your doggie won’t slide around on the carseat cover. The material is sturdy and the belts that you attach the cover to headrests are adjustable length so you can easily adjust how high or low you need. Definitely a recommend for anyone that wants to protect their backseat car area.

Water proof
I love this thing now that I installed it properly. My baby puppy had an accident in the car, and the cover didn’t even absorb it at all! Super easy to clean, has very tight Velcro to keep the seatbelts covered, and easy access to clip the seatbelts in place.Definitely recommend getting this for any size dog, clips to everything, easy clean up, easy installation.

Great, except for one thing
We've been using this seat cover for about 10 days. It is "Standard" size, and fits our 2022 Mazda CX-5 (compact SUV) perfectly. It's just the right size and adjustment capabilities for our car, and our 70-pound rescue dog. She sheds a lot and the cover is easy to vac at a low suction, or sweep off with a little broom we keep in the car. The fabric repels liquid well, though I wouldn't leave a lot just sitting on it and assume it to be water-bullet-proof.I love the flaps that hang over the sides of the seat on each end. SO much cleaner, and stays in place much better, than the covers without the side-flaps.This is my third cover, and is definitely the sturdiest one; I believe it will be durable. All the stitching is good and workmanship is clean. The black matches our car interior, so looks sharp (except for wiry blond dog hair...)Now for the single complaint. Our dog is somewhere around 7-8 years old, and it's sometimes an effort for her to jump up on the rear seat, especially after a long walk. We quickly learned that this new cover is slicker than the old one. She has a hard time getting a grip on it and sometimes can't hop in without slipping. We put a thick old cotton-weave blanket on it, and I hold the blanket securely while she hops up. The blanket is comfy for her; cooler during our heat-wave weather and a soft surface to stretch out long and cool down on. Probably in a lower car, our dog wouldn't have an issue, though the CX-5 is compact and not all that high. Our pup jumps down ok, though her back feet slip on the fabric. I'd worry about her getting a muscle or joint problem without the blanket, but everything else about the cover is 5-star. Just knocked it down one because it's more slippery than it should be, IMO, otherwise it's great. If you don't have issues with tired dog legs or seat-height from the ground, you might really love this cover. I do, with the noted tweaking I need to implement so our dog doesn't "slip and slide" or injure herself in the process. I'm gladly keeping the cover, and it's worth messing with the blanket. Dog's happy, we're happy!

Product tested, including warranty: Pup and Pup parent approved
True to form, this cover has survived multiple years of daily post muddy hikes and or Mt bike rides, regardless of terrain or precipitation. Muck, sand, snow, you name it, the hammock hasn't failed. After picking out my pup from a shelter, and processing all the paperwork, they transferred her to my arms saying she had already peed in a towel when they tried to pick her up a few minutes prior. They had graciously wrapped her in a new freshly laundered towel before handing her to me. And I held her away from my chest, my arms extended, just in case. She's my first ever pup Needless to say, I spent most of the hour long drive eyeballing that 5 month old rescue pup in the rearview mirror-- both terrified of what she might do to my car, and how my life might change. Especially how many things might get urinated on. I started a mental inventory and braced for the worst. A few days later, a friend recommended the Active Pets Hammock/ Seat Cover and I immediately ordered it ; Anything to protect my car given the unpredictable nature of the small creature's bladder. My fears were unwarranted however. She was house trained in a day and had only one or two accidents in public places in the months after. The hammock would mostly serve as a way to manage odor, muddy paws, and the onslaught of constantly shedding fur. Every so many months I'd drop the cover in the washer, let it air dry and return it to the back seat, making my car smell fresh and clean. One summer day, two years in, just I was letting down my guard, my pup and I drove to the ocean in search of a beach that would allow both human and dog to touch the water. For me a return to an awe inspiring landscape; for her a first time with new smells and strange winds and water. Finding a mere 100 feet under a bridge of sand and waves that would allow us both to put foot and paw in the water, she was beside herself with joy and trepidation. With so much mixed emotion, or perhaps the fact that she is super food motivated, she stress-ate an entire crab in one gulp. It happened in the blink of the eye before I could cry out, "No!" Several google searches later, I decided to hope for the best. Maybe it was that unsavory seafood choice or the lapping of the additional ocean water to get it down, but 20 minutes into the 2.5 hour car ride home, I heard the most horrible sound. Yep. It finally had happened. That thing I had feared most since day one. She had rejected the crab with some extra emphasis of bile right on the hammock. The very thing I had feared my whole pet ownership-- some form of bodily excretion from the pup in the car-- had just happened. Not 2 wks in or two months in, but 1.5 years after that first car ride home. At the next exit, I pulled over and walked her a bit and looked her over. She looked fine and happy. Relieved she was ok, I found a paper towel and a doggie bag and cleaned up the stinky mess in the backseat. Pulling up the cover, I was amazed. Nothing vile had made its way to the upolstry below. I rolled down the windows to get fresh air in the car again and we made the rest of the way home with her curled up in a ball on the other side of the backseat. This time, I checked on her in the rearview mirror, no longer worried about the fate of the fabric underneath the cover, but how she was faring post crab upchuck.Roughly two years in, the wash didn't go so well. The backing started to disintegrate into triangular pieces in the wash. My laundry room filled with plastic fabric confetti as did the washer. I took it outside and shook it out. The liner seemed shredded. I hated to have to dispose of it, but knew it wouldn't hold together much longer. And the crab incident was enough for me to see the value of replacing it. This time I reordered and saw the warranty on the cover. I reached out to Active Pets and they replaced it at no additional charge!

Perfect fit for backseat of Toyota Corolla
As described and fits perfectly in my car. Nice, simple design with no pockets or windows and junk. In my mind, when buying a cheap product like this simple is better. On sale and after discounts it was $20 Canadian... for this deal as long as it lasts a year I cannot complain and the construction seems fine.

Great so far!
I bought this to put into my Chrysler 200 to protect the leather seats from my pup. It fit perfectly with the adjustable straps and very easy to install. It’s heavy duty and waterproof, and I like it so much that I’ve been keeping it in my car for groceries.

No Sirve

Maybe not for a larger bread dog (e.g. Mastiff)
The product was looking very good just after i fitted it. Unfortunately that was not the case very long after introducing the dog to it.The buckle fixings (around headrests) are quick and easy but are the only attachment points leaving the sides just to 'dog-ear' down. Also within a few days rips had started and once started grew quickly.
