Small, efficient, quiet. Good system for the price.

I purchased this PD160A dehumidifier and it has worked incredibly well! It small enough to hide behind furniture but large enough to take the humidity out of a large apartment. This kesnos has proven to be a reliable brand! I'd recommend it

This was a nice dehumidifier but it only lasted 14 months and quit working. The inside of the container that takes in the water from the air is black in one area and appears it was getting too hot.I contacted costumer service and THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH! They asked a few questions, I answered them and they gave me a choice for a refund or a new unit. We picked a new dehumidifier Bc like I said earlier, this is a very quiet dehumidifier and does a great job, it just didn’t hold up. They said it must of been a defect in it. It was pass the one year warranty too and they still held up the warranty. Which was awesome. I received the unit shortly after I requested a new unit.

We got this dehumidifier because we were having trouble with the moisture in the basement. This did the trick and has worked for quite a while. Support was very helpful when I lost the outflow stopper and they promptly sent a new one. Very glad we got this unit.

I received the product, and it died after 5 days of use. Unfortunately for me, I tried to do the right thing and work it out with the manufacturer rather than pack it back to Amazon claiming it arrived broken (and Amazon wonders why people do this). First it made a bad noise and Kesnos wanted a video. Fine. Then it died. Per Kesnos the product is no longer available so they would give me a 4500 sq foot version IF I gave them a 4 or 5 star review. First, I don't want one that big. Secondly, that's against Amazon's terms and services, so no. Then they said they'd refund me. I shipped it back and Kesnos confirmed receipt of the item. Then they sent the refund via Zelle (Their choice) TO THE WRONG PERSON. I gave them my email and phone number, but they managed to give the money to someone with a name 1 letter off from mine. I realized the mistake and notified Kesnos on June 16. On June 17 I received an email asking me to give them time to investigate. Two days later, I received a phone call from Kesnos asking me to return the money thinking they’re contacting the person they erroneously sent it to. Then they want to send the refund to me through PayPal. I gave them my info. The last email I received from them was June 25. I still don't have my refund and they have ignored my last three emails. Just FYI - Kesnos, Waykar, and Yaufey are the same company. Same address, same customer service number. I would like to sarcastically thank Amazon for basically forcing me to go through Kesnos and thank Kesnos for having horrible customer service. I would never buy a product from any of these companies.

After a year, this dehumidifier still works its magic! Very easy to use. With the smaller stature it is easy to carry to different rooms in the house if need be. Even though it is smaller in size it still holds a large amount of water. 10/10 would recommend.

I empty this often during the summer! Which means it works great and helps so much to keep the humidity at bay during our hot southern summers. Its auto features are a life saver and this runs 24/7 for us. It's not noisy either and is a staple at our house.

This dehumidifier worked fine for the first year and a half but then stopped working. (beyond warranty). We contacted Kesnos customer service. They helped us troubleshoot the cause and decided it was not repairable. They offered us a 90$ rebate payment. That seemed fair for a 2 year old product. They were very polite and responsive.

It’s not working not collecting water maybe broken when they deliver to us waste of money
