It seemed to work very well as it definitely did clean the air of any musty odor. It did leave an odd smell in the air. I ran it for 1 hour then I opened the windows and door and had fans going. After 2 hours I felt comfortable enough to set the room back up since i moved the furniture around for better airflow.

Timer won’t cutoff so it stays on until u physically pull the plug or manually cut it off.

Not quite as strong for the square footage listed as others but does the job. Just have to leave it in a bit longer. Super easy to use! it is nice and light weight, easy to transport for apartments.

Worked one time for 20 minutes. After that, it would not power on. Too much money for a one-time use machine. Avoid this cheaply made, non functional garbage.

This unit works as promised and advertised. Of course the ozone discharge is a little unpleasant but that is expected with an ozone generator. Follow the directions and clear the area till it is done doing its job. I really like the timer feature and it also has a very functional hygrometer to display humidity of the air in the area. I would recommend this to anyone.

Unit came with all of the feet unscrewed, the guage popped out and the batteries to the guage floating around inside the machine. I had to fight with getting the feet back on bc there is no room inside for even my small hands and then couldn't get the 4th foot in bc it screws on under the fan. Machine came dented, but box was undamaged.The ozone does NOT dissipate as far as they claim so please wear a mask went entering and if you can hold your breath, open windows, turn on fans and return at a later time. I went back into a house about 15 hours after it had turned off an there was still a haze in the house. I left feeling nauseous and had a slight headache. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THIS IS NOT SOMETHING TO MESS AROUND WITH!!

I used this unit on a second hand car that I purchased. The car was cleaned top to bottom but there was still a smell present. Used this for an 30 minutes with the air-conditioning on recirculate and 30 minutes with it switched off. After giving it the appropriate amount of time to air out, the car smells great, no hint of the previous odor that was there.4 stars instead of 5 as there should be unit specifications listed on the product description. The unit runs on 110v which isn't specified so I had to purchase a step down transformer to use it here in Australia. Also missing online is warranty information and replacement options for the Ozone plates that comes in the form of a cardboard information booklet with the unit.

Don’t buy this product. It didn’t come with an Australian plug, but was an easy fix with an adapter. It worked well during the first use which i used to deodorise my car for 20 minutes. Didn’t work a second time ever and kept blowing fuses. So i took it apart to what’s going only to find that it is designed for 110v not for 250v like we have in Australia. So the fan inside is shorted out. So the seller lied on description that it is 250v. Another Chinese product sold by a dishonest Chinese seller. Now the seller is no where to be found. So I bought a replacement fan from jaycar altronics and it’s working now. I also replaced the 110v ozone genarator unit as well with a 220v even if it was working ok just to have a peace if mind.

I had to buy an adapter as the machine came with a cord fitted with a plug which does not match Australian electric sockets. But the worse came later when I used it for 20 minutes in a room and later it can not start again. I tried several times, minutes later, hours anda days later, and it never starts again. I have seen reports from other buyers with the same problem so I request a refund. Could you please tell me how I can return the machine and get the refund?

I bought it in express shipping, came with dents but clean; I purchased an Australian power cord for it, and it did work. (I didn't know for how long). The next time I've used it, the fuse burnt, and it didn't work. I don't understand why Amazon is selling products that are way below quality. No answers from the seller too. Not advertised as 240v, but you probably need a step-down power transformer.

We have been unable to use this unit as it keeps blowing the fuse.We have emailed the manufacturer but have failed to recieve a reply so far. We were about to contact Amazon when we recieved this rating request.
