Last longer than when I first bought it

Installation was simple and straight forward. Initially, the battery apparently would not fully charge and would go flat in a day. I contacted the vendor and received additional instructions on how to trick my palm pilot into fully charging the new battery. While the procedure required reinstalling the battery after one charging session was a pain, it did work and the battery now holds a charge equivalent to the original equipment. It is great to still have a working device that fulfills a simple need in a simple way.

I purchased this for my palm m505, and it works great. Easy to install, however I used my iFixit kit so I can’t speak on the quality of the included tool.Caution: if the battery you remove from the PDA is swollen, some battery recyclers will not accept them without a fee since the danger is higher.

The wired connections to this battery disconnected before I ever took it out of the package so I was unable to put it in and try it. I tried but could not see how to reconnect them to the battery without dismantling it completely and did not think it was a good idea to do so. Although it came defective, I did not open the package until I needed to use it so I could not ask for a refund or return it as too much time had passed between buying (I like to have a spare battery on hand in case I need it) it and trying to use it. It was a waste of money for me.

Prompt ship, exact replacement and came with T5&6 screwdrivers. The old palm came immediately back to life and I did a full charge on the stand. Now to dig up the old software disc and see if i can get it to sync on an old windowsXP Desktop.This is how I'm amusing myself in these days of covid-19 lockdown.

The instructions and tools that came with the battery were easy to follow and use. The only thing I didn't like was the screen protector. You have to cut it to fit and of course, I cut it too small and ended up throwing it away. IT would have been nice if it was a custom fit. But that had nothing to do with the battery. It installed fine and is working fine.

These items were exactly as described and pictured, were reasonably priced, and arrived quickly and in good condition. The instructions were clear and the packaging easy to open. Within minutes my m550, which has five years of my life stored in it, was up and running off the cradle. This is important to me as I carry it to the doctor to rattle off a list of meds I am taking or to my bank to keep various retirement accounts sorted out and myriad other activities. I am pleased with this Seller and the products it offers and hope they're around in another five years when I need another battery and the special screw drivers that allow me access.

This battery has given my poor old Palm M500 new life as it was only holding a charge for one day with mimimal use. Installing the battery with the torx bit screw drivers took about 15 minutes and then I charged it for about 2 hours until fully charged. After two days now it is still showing a full battery. Sure, the old Palm doesn't have WI FI, color, and all of the latest bells and whistles. But it has the bare necessities and it sure beats dropping 150 bucks on a PDA/phone and the monthly fees required to keep that going. All for less than $10. Great product!!
