Not a single balloon was able to be blown up. All valves were completely shut off. I nearly burst a lung. I had to throw them in the garbage.

The media could not be loaded. Ive had this product stored away unopened and untouched since it got delivered, in an attempt to be prepared for my daughter’s birthday party and to make the whole event as stress-free for myself as possible! However when I opened the box yesterday to set up for my little one’s party, I discovered roughly every other cup was unusable!! It wasn’t a shipment issue, the packaging was fine, it’s an issue from production that seems to have been missed by the quality department, and it’s absolutely ridiculous that they could miss SO MANY poorly produced products— how many other orders went out with mine? How many shipments of poor product were delivered and left party throwers with a bad start to their event? I’m pretty disappointed, and of course my return window has expired, because, as I said before, I ordered this in advance in an attempt to avoid some of the stresses of party planning/party throwing. Unfortunately for me it didn’t do a whole lot to help. 🙄
