At first I was skeptical about this item truly working as I have been looking for something like this for awhile. I got the item the next day after ordering and everything is self explanatory. I’m glad that batteries aren’t needed for this and I am able to recharge it. There are different levels to it and my muscles feel better after using this.

I’ve used it a few times since I got it I can definitely feel it working and I love the multiple levels. And I’m glad we have the chargeable pack instead of the batteries definitely pleased!

It is highly recommended to use this product for people who need to develop abdominal muscles. It is full of motivation and can adjust the vibration intensity according to their needs. It is recommended not to adjust too high at the beginning, a little bit, generally very good and practical, Good quality and reasonable price.

The product arrived but it was a disappointment. The instructions don't match the product. It states to place a battery, but it is rechargeable. It doesn't stick to your skin. Trying to the program did not make sense, after following the instruction it turns off within minutes. Waste of money.
