Acetaia Italia, Truffle Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 100 ml

We regularly use balsamic vinegar so were keen to try this truffle and modena balsamic vinegar and we weren't disappointed! It gives a lovely rich, sweet taste and the addition of truffle gives it a nice twist of flavour with the truffle complimenting the overall taste and not dominating the flavour. It's easy to pour and you only need a few drops so it does last a while. We've added it to an omelette, salad and also just had some with bread, it's so nice! My only complaint is that it's not cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for and this is a quality product and is recommended.

Balsamic vinegar is a very flexible condiment that can go in everything from salads to being consumed with oil on bread. This version adds some truffle taste for extra flavour.The bottle here is small but is sealed well to prevent leaks and is easy to pour in moderation. The flavour of the balsamic vinegar is pleasantly rich and sharp with the truffle flavour being definitely present but not overwhelming. It certainly adds to the luxury feel of the condiment.Overall then, this is a good balsamic vinegar, with an extra twist that adds plenty of flavour. From me its definitely recommended for including in your cooking.

I have to say I do like a salad side and this dressing does make the salad more flavourful.A great depth of flavour, thick and shiny, lovely earthy taste goes well with cheeses and meats.I had not thought about using this as a condiment for dressing a plate or hot meats but it is delicious with pork and chicken. Add to a marinade for more flavour, and adds a sense of style with a flourished squiggle on a plate.

This stuff is amazing. A little goes a long way so you will get lots of use out of this. I use in pasta sauces and have even added it to baked beans. so versatile and great for the price. Ill defo be ordering more.

This balsamic vinegar was very nicely packaged. It looks like a mini bottle of fine wine. It's very small , I've stood it next to a bottle of sun lotion to give an idea. I think it's a little pricey , given the size, it is artisnal though and the truffle is a delicacy that is very giftable. I'm not an expert at all , I'm not very gourmet and don't really like dressings as a rule. I did use it on my partners salad and he thought it was a bit nutty tasting.and made the salad more interesting. My brother in law is a caterer and he will love this so I'm going to pass it on to him as he'll have more appreciation for it's finer qualities .

Very intense and aromatic balsamic vinegar! Blend of earthy truffle and balsamic vinegar. Taste really top class.Love is with the omelet or any other egg dishes. Tasty also with gnocchi.Comes in a good, strong glass bottle with an airtight cap.It is quite expensive but if you want to try something different, this is definitely worth trying.

An absolutely delicious balsamic dressing with an intense truffle aroma.My bottle arrived in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box in perfect condition.The use by date on mine is June 2024.I have added it to salad, drizzled over pasta, pizza and even on steak. I find that a small amount packs a lot of flavour and the truffle aroma elevates my meals!The taste is rich, intense and is a fabulous way to enjoy notes of truffle without the hefty price tag.The glass bottle reminds me of a mini bottle of wine and looks great on my table.The stopper fits well and lid design allows me to drizzle the correct amount every time.The consistency is thick and luxurious-I am so impressed with the vinegar.

I love Balsamic vinegar and find dressings that contain balsamic vinegar a far more affordable option for daily use. This one comes in a 100ml glass bottle with a sealed plastic stopper and has an expiry date of 2024.The truffle aroma of this one is apparent as soon as the stopper is removed and the dark condiment is a really nice mix of sweet and acidic. Perfect for drizzling on salad or enhancing dishes when cooking its also very, very nice with a piece of fresh crusty bread.A tasty and well presented condiment that not only adds to the flavour of your food it will also look good on the table
