EPIC PROVISIONS Bison Strip 20 Count, 0.8 Oz

I bought one of these Bison snacks from a store and really liked it. It was soft and had a mild but slightly sweet flavor that I found very pleasant. I also prefer this smaller snack portions ("provisions") to Epic's larger, thicker bars.Well I ordered a whole box because it was cheaper than buying the separate bars. The ones I received were not as soft as the bar I had from the store, but they are still good. I see they have a best-by date of October 2020 and I purchased them at the end of July, so maybe that has something to do with it. In any case, I I plan to keep buying them from Amazon as long as the price is right.Be aware though, the packaging of the bars leaves a bit to be desired. You can't "peel" the package open from the top or bottom and it is hard to tear them, so I end up using scissors to cut the plastic. Not ideal.Also, I tried the Waygu beef flavor (also "Epic Provisions") and did not like it at all. The Bison is much better IMO.

Gross! Not the regular standard that I expect from the Epic meat company. The raisin taste overpowered everything.

The bison strip was soft and chewy with great flavor. I definitely will purchase again.
